Dr. Meiya G. Nthoesane is a distinguished figure renowned for his extensive business, finance, and academia contributions. As the Founder and Chairman of Financeium School of Business and the Founding Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kabwe, Dr Meiya's visionary leadership has been a driving force in shaping educational and professional landscapes.

In addition to his foundational roles, Dr. Meiya served as the Director of both the Unisa Centre for Lifelong Learning (UCL) and Unisa Press. His managerial acumen is further evidenced by his tenure as Manager of Corporate Services at the Unisa Centre for Business Management (CBM) and his executive leadership as CEO of Shongwe Hospital within the Department of Health.  Dr Meiya also bring with him vast experience in the academic environment, including being the Research Assistant in the RARE Leadership research, the foundation and bedrock of UniKa’s core values; a visiting lecturer at Mulungushi University; and a postgraduate supervisor at the University of South Africa’s Graduate School of Business and Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA).

His expertise and influence have reached global heights, having been involved with prestigious organisations such as Globethics in Geneva and the Society of Scholarly Publishers in New Jersey.
